Andee Wilcott, Principal Partner, Director of Project
Management & Art Direction
Since 1994, Andee Wilcott has been recognized for her expertise in the design
and marketing of traditional and interactive media environments. With a unique
combination of creative, versatile design skills and a pragmatic approach
to marketing strategies, Andee develops professional, targeted and consistent
collateral for online and offline needs.
At A+R, Andee oversees all aspects of web production and client communication, daily resource
allocation for new site development and ongoing site maintenance. She has
refined the firm’s web development processes and created organizational
and procedural enhancements that ensure optimal and timely project development.
Prior to A+R, Andee was founder of andeewilcott.com and also served as lead
Project Manager for a premier design firm in Boston. At Boston University’s
College of Communication, she successfully marketed and produced a high school
summer enrichment program, educational conferences, seminars and CE programs.
She has served as an instructor for Northeastern University’s Accelerated
Web Program.
Andee is a graduate of Boston University with a BS in Television and Film
production and currently serves on the board of the Boston Women’s Network,
a progressive women’s organization in the Boston-metro area.

Rudy Dominguez, Principal Partner, Director of Technical
Development & Animation
Rudy Dominguez is recognized for his expertise in interface development, rich-media
applications, interactive media, and Macromedia technologies. His passion
for interface design and development provides extraordinary results for his
clients.
Early in his career, Rudy’s command of web development technology was
used to enhance educational programs at Northeastern University. He served
as a Senior Interface Developer and was quickly promoted to Senior Experience
Lead for Interface Development at Razorfish, where he was responsible for
the professional development of emerging developers, identifying market value
in existing and evolving technologies, and was a principal client contact
and consultant. A partial list of clients include: Ford Motor Company, Estee
Lauder, GE Silicones, and Wesleyan University. In 2002, Rudy partnered with
Andee Wilcott to form A+R Media Studio. Their combined talent and expertise
allows A+R to offer comprehensive solutions for their clients’ needs.
Rudy is a graduate of Boston University and holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering.
He is well versed in traditional web technologies, such as CSS, JavaScript,
ASP, PHP, and XML, and specializes in Flash MX, Flash Communication Server,
and ActionScript. Rudy continues to enhance his expertise in visual design,
three-dimensional animation, and video authoring and editing.
